What is your refund policy?

No refunds, except for defective items or items damaged during fulfillment or shipping. Read our complete policy here.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unworn, unopened and in its original packaging with all tags. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except for items that are defective/damaged), so shop wisely.

How fast will my order be processed?

Your order will be reviewed and processed by our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt, Monday - Friday. Orders received on weekends and during federal holidays will process the next business day.

How fast do you ship?

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday within 2-5 business days of receipt.

Since the product is especially made for you "on demand" as soon as you place an order, please be aware that delivery may take a bit longer, but not always. We do our best to avoid delays. It's best to plan accordingly, especially around major holidays!

I want to return my item, what should I do?

To start a return, you must send an email to support@jen2theword.com within 3 days of receipt of the item(s).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will I receive my refund?

If your return is approved (meaning that we agree that the item is defective/damaged), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Do you keep inventory?

No. We don't have the storage space. LOL. So, we use a 3rd party fulfillment vendors to fulfill our products. Once you place an order with our store, our 3rd party vendor fulfills "on demand" and ships our orders. They store and maintain the inventory for us. We create the artwork and select the products on which we feature our artwork. Our 3rd party fulfillment vendor takes care of the rest. However, you will always contact us at support@jen2theword.com if you have issues with your order.

Do you believe in "fast fashion"?

No. At Jen2TheWord, part of our business model is that we care about the environment.

We do whatever we can to follow God's Word and glorify Him in every business decision. Thus, for our business model, we decided it's better to have our designs put on products as they are sold "on demand", rather than "in bulk". We save money on storage fees, staffing and we do not have to waste materials.

What do you mean by "on-demand"?

Here's how the "on-demand" process works:

The blank products (such as blank white cotton tees) are sourced from Nicaragua, Honduras, the United States or other parts of the world (depending on the product) by our fulfillment partners.

When you place an order, the exclusive Jen2TheWord design is applied to the blank product (such as a plain tee) during the order fulfillment process!

Do you have a retail store?

No, at this time, we are an online only retail shop.
