Thank you for visiting my small Christian clothing business. I am so grateful you are here and I want you to be happy with your purchase. I try to make my product listings as clear and informative as possible so you can make an informed purchasing decision.

Return and Refund Policy - Shop Wisely.

No refunds, except for defective items, incorrect items or items damaged during shipping or the order fulfillment process.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns for any reason other than damages/issues/incorrect items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This is calculated as 15% of the total purchase price, excluding sales tax, and it will be deducted from your refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase that was inside the packaging.

To start a return, you must send an email to support@jen2theword.com within 3 days of receipt of the item(s).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for creating the shipping label with the correct returns address, as well as any shipping costs back to our U.S. warehouse.

NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If it has been than 15 days since you have requested a refund and you have not been given a decision on your refund request, please contact us at support@jen2theword.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, or no later than 3 days after receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will be required to send us clear images of the damage and/or issues. In these cases, you may request a refund or an exchange of the item.

Double-check your shipping address
We are not responsible for orders that were shipped to the wrong address.

Lost or Stolen Packages
You will receive a tracking number via email with every order. Please keep it handy and track your package often as it goes through the shipping process. To avoid theft, bring your package into your home as soon as it is delivered. Never place an order when you know you may not be home to receive it. We do not refund lost or stolen packages.

Exchanges and Cancellations
We apologize, but we do not except exchanges or cancellations.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
