All orders are fulfilled by our third-party vendor/supplier(s).

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:

Domestic: United States addresses only.

No international shipments.

No shipments to PO boxes.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 4-15 business days.

Express Shipping: Not available at this time.

Free Shipping: At this time, we do not offer free shipping. Subject to change.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday within 24 hours of receipt.

Orders must be submitted by 12 noon eastern time Monday - Sunday for same-day processing.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday within 2-5 business days of receipt.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or sales events, order processing and shipping times may be longer.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination:

Domestic: 4-15 business days.

6. Shipping Restrictions

9. Stolen Shipments

We are not responsible for shipments that have been stolen after delivery. Please use the tracking number to follow your order throughout the shipping process so that you have an idea of when it will be delivered. Bring your shipment into your home as soon as it is delivered.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will provide a replacement or refund as we deem appropriate.

11. Changes, Cancellations, Exchanges
